2008年(nian)(nian),學校發(fa)布了(le)《關于大力推進科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)工作的意見》等(deng)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)1+7系列(lie)文件,確立(li)了(le)“應用(yong)(yong)(yong)為(wei)主”的科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)導向(xiang),強調科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)要(yao)注重應用(yong)(yong)(yong)與(yu)實效,要(yao)堅持(chi)高(gao)職特(te)色、技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)特(te)色。10年(nian)(nian)來,學校科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)堅持(chi)以應用(yong)(yong)(yong)基礎研(yan)(yan)(yan)究和應用(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)為(wei)主,重視技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)轉(zhuan)移(yi)和科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)成果轉(zhuan)化(hua),2011年(nian)(nian)成立(li)了(le)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)轉(zhuan)移(yi)辦公室(shi),并先后發(fa)布了(le)《技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)轉(zhuan)移(yi)(橫向(xiang))項目管理辦法》、《科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)成果轉(zhuan)化(hua)實施辦法》等(deng)文件,極大的激發(fa)了(le)學校科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)人員開(kai)展應用(yong)(yong)(yong)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)的積極性(xing)。
