12月3日,學校黨委書記(ji)陳秋明應邀出席中國職業技(ji)術教(jiao)育學會(hui)2017年(nian)學術年(nian)會(hui),并在“一帶一路”建設與職業教(jiao)育開放發展專題論(lun)壇發言。
中(zhong)國職業技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)2017年學術(shu)(shu)(shu)年會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)于(yu)12月3-4日(ri)在(zai)北(bei)京召開,會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)議以“深入學習貫徹黨的十九大精神,開創新時代中(zhong)國特色職業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)新局(ju)面”為主(zhu)題。教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部原副(fu)(fu)部長張天保、職業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與成人(ren)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)司(si)司(si)長王(wang)繼平、職業技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心研究所(suo)所(suo)長王(wang)揚南、中(zhong)國職業技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)常務副(fu)(fu)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)長劉占山(shan)等領導出席了年會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)。本屆年會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)由中(zhong)國職業技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)主(zhu)辦(ban)(ban),北(bei)京市(shi)職業技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)承辦(ban)(ban),北(bei)京市(shi)信(xin)息管理學校、深圳(zhen)職業技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)學院協辦(ban)(ban)。
王(wang)繼平在(zai)主(zhu)旨報(bao)告中(zhong)指出(chu),職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)進入了(le)新(xin)(xin)(xin)時代,人民群眾和(he)經濟社會對(dui)優(you)質、多層、多樣職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)需要,與職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)發展不強、不優(you)、不活(huo)之(zhi)間的(de)矛(mao)(mao)盾,已成為(wei)新(xin)(xin)(xin)時代職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)主(zhu)要矛(mao)(mao)盾。他分(fen)析了(le)新(xin)(xin)(xin)時代職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)面臨新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)困難和(he)新(xin)(xin)(xin)問題(ti),并從(cong)完善職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與培訓體系、提(ti)(ti)高質量、深(shen)化改革、強化服(fu)務、擴(kuo)大(da)開放(fang)五個方面提(ti)(ti)出(chu)了(le)新(xin)(xin)(xin)時代職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)發展的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求。國家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)咨詢委員會秘書長(chang)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)發展研究(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin)原主(zhu)任張力、職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)中(zhong)心(xin)所所長(chang)王(wang)揚南分(fen)別作了(le)“深(shen)入貫徹黨(dang)的(de)十九(jiu)大(da)精(jing)神加快教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)現代化”和(he)職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)科研發展專家(jia)報(bao)告。
陳(chen)秋(qiu)(qiu)明(ming)(ming)(ming)在“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”建設與(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)開(kai)放發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)論(lun)壇中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)以(yi)“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”背(bei)景下(xia)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)機遇(yu)、挑戰與(yu)對(dui)策為(wei)主題作(zuo)了發(fa)(fa)言。陳(chen)秋(qiu)(qiu)明(ming)(ming)(ming)闡述了對(dui)“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”背(bei)景下(xia)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)基(ji)(ji)本認識,提出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”偉大(da)構(gou)想(xiang)的(de)實現(xian)(xian),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)要承擔主要歷史使命(ming),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)要成(cheng)為(wei)急先鋒。他(ta)認為(wei),職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)服務(wu)“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”,不僅要承擔服務(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)優質產業(ye)(ye)“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”、服務(wu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)自身“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”兩(liang)方(fang)面(mian)的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)責,而且在“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”的(de)進程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),要“穩中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)求進”,控制風險(xian),不能不計成(cheng)本。在此基(ji)(ji)礎上,陳(chen)秋(qiu)(qiu)明(ming)(ming)(ming)分析了“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”倡議給職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)來的(de)機遇(yu)和(he)挑戰。他(ta)認為(wei)機遇(yu)主要表現(xian)(xian)在:職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)可(ke)以(yi)從攜手優質企(qi)業(ye)(ye)“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”,向世(shi)界貢獻職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)方(fang)案”,深(shen)化產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合(he)、校企(qi)合(he)作(zuo)及(ji)“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”合(he)作(zuo)辦(ban)學等(deng)(deng)四個(ge)方(fang)面(mian)。而由于職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)自身實力(li)不足的(de)現(xian)(xian)實以(yi)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”面(mian)臨的(de)政治風險(xian)、經(jing)濟風險(xian)、法(fa)律風險(xian)、文(wen)化沖突等(deng)(deng),“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路” 倡議又為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)來了一(yi)(yi)定的(de)挑戰。最后,陳(chen)秋(qiu)(qiu)明(ming)(ming)(ming)結合(he)我校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學改革(ge)、開(kai)展(zhan)“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”沿線國(guo)(guo)家職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)究(jiu)、與(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)興通訊、招商集(ji)團等(deng)(deng)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)合(he)作(zuo)、聯(lian)合(he)發(fa)(fa)起(qi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際聯(lian)盟(meng),與(yu)馬來西亞高等(deng)(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部、巴基(ji)(ji)斯坦(tan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部合(he)作(zuo)等(deng)(deng)案例(li),提出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)了“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”背(bei)景下(xia)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”需(xu)要苦(ku)練內功、知(zhi)己知(zhi)彼、借船出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)海、打造平臺、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)模式(shi)“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”、“走(zou)(zou)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)去”辦(ban)學和(he)加(jia)強人文(wen)交流等(deng)(deng)方(fang)式(shi)和(he)途(tu)徑(jing)。
另外,本(ben)次年會(hui)公布了中國職(zhi)業技術教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)(xue)會(hui)第四屆(jie)理事(shi)會(hui)科研(yan)規劃項目2014-2015年度(du)優秀成果評審結果。我校汪(wang)治教(jiao)(jiao)授“職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)(xue)分(fen)制制度(du)體系與學(xue)(xue)分(fen)互(hu)認(ren)的體系研(yan)究(jiu)”課題獲(huo)得一等(deng)獎。
