我校智能科學與工程研究院喜獲2項國家重點研發計劃項目資助

近(jin)日(ri),科技部正(zheng)式公布了2018年(nian)國(guo)家重(zhong)點(dian)研發計劃(hua)“網(wang)絡協同制造和智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)工(gong)廠”重(zhong)點(dian)專項(xiang)立(li)項(xiang)資助名單。我(wo)校智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)科學(xue)與工(gong)程研究院聯合(he)申報的(de)“智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)工(gong)廠工(gong)業(ye)互聯網(wang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)理論與技術(2018YFB1700100)”和“面向智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)工(gong)廠動態(tai)生(sheng)產的(de)實時優化(hua)運行技術與系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(2018YFB1701100)”2個項(xiang)目均獲(huo)得立(li)項(xiang)。這是繼獲(huo)批(pi)國(guo)家智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制造重(zhong)大專項(xiang)之(zhi)后,研究院在(zai)國(guo)家重(zhong)大科技項(xiang)目立(li)項(xiang)上的(de)又一(yi)重(zhong)要突破(po);系(xi)(xi)國(guo)家重(zhong)點(dian)研發計劃(hua)實施以來(lai),我(wo)校首次作為承擔單位之(zhi)一(yi)獲(huo)得立(li)項(xiang),并實現雙豐收。

據悉,我校智能科學(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)工(gong)程研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院將承擔其(qi)中的2項(xiang)課題任務,科研(yan)(yan)(yan)骨(gu)干(gan)人(ren)員還包括(kuo)來自機(ji)電(dian)工(gong)程學(xue)(xue)(xue)院、智能制造技術研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院和電(dian)信學(xue)(xue)(xue)院的多位(wei)老師。此(ci)外,其(qi)他聯合申報單位(wei)有清華大學(xue)(xue)(xue)、中南大學(xue)(xue)(xue)、大連理(li)工(gong)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)、華東理(li)工(gong)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)、中科院沈陽自動化研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所、上海交通大學(xue)(xue)(xue)等一流高校和研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)機(ji)構,反映了學(xue)(xue)(xue)校在前沿科學(xue)(xue)(xue)和重大工(gong)程應(ying)用研(yan)(yan)(yan)發能力的顯著(zhu)提升。

國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)研(yan)發(fa)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)是“十三(san)五”國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)管理(li)改(gai)革后(hou)實施的(de)(de)(de)最新項目管理(li)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua),是我(wo)國(guo)(guo)現行(xing)最高級別的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大項目層次,由原來的(de)(de)(de)863計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)、973計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)、國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)等重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)項目整合(he)而成。它定位于重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大科(ke)(ke)學(xue)問題(ti)、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大共(gong)性關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術和產品、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大國(guo)(guo)際(ji)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)合(he)作,旨在(zai)瞄準(zhun)解決國(guo)(guo)民經(jing)濟和社會(hui)發(fa)展各主要領域的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大、核(he)心(xin)(xin)、關(guan)鍵(jian)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)問題(ti)。“網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)制造(zao)和智(zhi)能工廠(chang)”重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)專項將針對(dui)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)制造(zao)和智(zhi)能工廠(chang)發(fa)展模式(shi)創(chuang)新不足、核(he)心(xin)(xin)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術/軟(ruan)件支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)能力薄(bo)弱等問題(ti),探索引領智(zhi)能制造(zao)發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)制造(zao)與服務新模式(shi),突破網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)制造(zao)和智(zhi)能工廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)基礎理(li)論與關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術,對(dui)研(yan)發(fa)網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)制造(zao)核(he)心(xin)(xin)軟(ruan)件、建立技(ji)(ji)(ji)術標準(zhun)、創(chuang)建智(zhi)能工廠(chang)網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)制造(zao)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)平(ping)臺等方面,具(ju)有引領性作用和意義。

以(yi)上兩項(xiang)重(zhong)大(da)研(yan)發(fa)計劃將(jiang)分別研(yan)究(jiu)建立互(hu)聯網(wang)與(yu)(yu)(yu)智能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)廠控(kong)制(zhi)網(wang)絡(luo)融(rong)合的(de)(de)體系架構與(yu)(yu)(yu)復雜大(da)系統(tong)理論,研(yan)究(jiu)基于在(zai)線學習/優化的(de)(de)動(dong)態生產多(duo)目標-多(duo)任(ren)務實(shi)時(shi)優化運(yun)行與(yu)(yu)(yu)協同(tong)控(kong)制(zhi)一體化技術(shu),搭(da)建智能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)廠實(shi)時(shi)運(yun)行優化平(ping)臺。我(wo)校智能(neng)(neng)科學與(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)盧(lu)山(shan)、徐趙文、闕昊懿等(deng)老師長期(qi)從事網(wang)絡(luo)化控(kong)制(zhi)、復雜大(da)系統(tong)建模與(yu)(yu)(yu)優化、信息物理系統(tong)等(deng)研(yan)究(jiu),并(bing)是國(guo)際(ji)標準化組(zu)織自(zi)動(dong)化系統(tong)與(yu)(yu)(yu)集成技術(shu)委員(yuan)會成員(yuan),參與(yu)(yu)(yu)了我(wo)國(guo)“信息化與(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)業化融(rong)合”評估國(guo)際(ji)標準的(de)(de)起(qi)草制(zhi)定。研(yan)究(jiu)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)相關成果以(yi)深(shen)職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)為第一單位錄用發(fa)表在(zai)IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Journal of Cleaner Production,IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control等(deng)國(guo)際(ji)頂(ding)級期(qi)刊(kan)。依托智能(neng)(neng)科學與(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)優勢資源(yuan),以(yi)及(ji)科研(yan)處、機電(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)學院(yuan)(yuan)、電(dian)信學院(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)部(bu)門的(de)(de)大(da)力支(zhi)持,課題團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)將(jiang)全力開展該重(zhong)大(da)科技項(xiang)目的(de)(de)各項(xiang)研(yan)發(fa)任(ren)務,進一步提升我(wo)校在(zai)智能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)和工(gong)(gong)業互(hu)聯網(wang)領域的(de)(de)研(yan)發(fa)能(neng)(neng)力和影響力。
