我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為(wei)深入貫徹德智體美勞(lao)全面(mian)發展的(de)黨的(de)教育(yu)(yu)方針,全面(mian)落(luo)實《中(zhong)(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang) 國(guo)務院(yuan)關(guan)于全面(mian)加強(qiang)新時代大中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)(yu)的(de)意(yi)見》精神,大力提升高(gao)等職業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)學生勞(lao)動(dong)素養,形成體現時代要(yao)求(qiu)、符合育(yu)(yu)人規律、彰顯高(gao)職院(yuan)校(xiao)特色的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)(yu)體系,8月(yue)25日至8月(yue)28日,由(you)我校(xiao)和中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)關(guan)系學院(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心主辦(ban)、創想家科技教育(yu)(yu)(深圳)有限公司協辦(ban)的(de)2020年全國(guo)職業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)(yu)導師研修班(中(zhong)(zhong)級),在(zai)線(xian)上會議平臺成功舉(ju)辦(ban)。

為(wei)優化(hua)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育師(shi)資(zi)供(gong)給,本次教(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)訓除了邀(yao)請勞動(dong)教(jiao)育領域相(xiang)關知名學者外(wai),基于勞動(dong)教(jiao)育本身(shen)特質,還邀(yao)請了企業(ye)代(dai)表擔(dan)任課(ke)程(cheng)授課(ke)講師(shi)。共有來自(zi)廣東、廣西、貴州、湖南、江蘇、內蒙古(gu)、陜西、浙江等14所職業(ye)院校(xiao)近30名老師(shi)參(can)加培(pei)訓。

 培(pei)(pei)訓期間,學(xue)員(yuan)們(men)分別觀摩了中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)劉麗紅副校(xiao)(xiao)長、我校(xiao)(xiao)人(ren)(ren)文學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)張克副院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)長、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)黨印副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)美術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)杜銘秋副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優必選人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)(ren)郭子(zi)琦(qi)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東(dong)海涵律師(shi)事務所主(zhu)任(ren)律師(shi)吳小波主(zhu)講的(de)(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)歷史(shi)演變、政(zheng)(zheng)策解讀(du)與(yu)趨(qu)勢(shi)”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)責與(yu)倫理——如何更(geng)(geng)好的(de)(de)(de)理解體面(mian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)素質能力提升(sheng)”“職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)課程(cheng)設(she)計——臺灣(wan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展與(yu)實踐”“人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能時代下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)融合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)風(feng)險(xian)與(yu)應對政(zheng)(zheng)策”七堂課。專(zhuan)家們(men)表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相關政(zheng)(zheng)策的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)一步推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)將更(geng)(geng)加專(zhuan)業(ye)化且惠及(ji)更(geng)(geng)多學(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)資則面(mian)臨極大的(de)(de)(de)挑戰。從長遠來看,應開設(she)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相關專(zhuan)業(ye),培(pei)(pei)養勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)才。短期內,應根據學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)目(mu)前師(shi)資情況采取(qu)多種(zhong)措施,建立(li)專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相結合的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)資隊伍(wu)。

同時,為深入了解目前高職院(yuan)校勞動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)展情況,今年(nian)3月,我校聯合(he)創想家教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)科(ke)技(ji)(深圳)有限公司,對(dui)覆蓋生(sheng)源地30個(ge)省(sheng)、自治區(qu)、直轄(xia)市的學生(sheng)及來(lai)自全國(guo)14所(suo)高職院(yuan)校的老師(shi)開(kai)展《全國(guo)高職院(yuan)校勞動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)現(xian)狀調查報告藍(lan)皮書》專項問(wen)卷調研。經(jing)過(guo)5個(ge)月的立項、調研論證、問(wen)卷發放及回收、電話訪(fang)談(tan)記(ji)錄(lu)(lu)、數據清洗與甄別等,共(gong)回收有效教(jiao)師(shi)問(wen)卷221份(fen),學生(sheng)問(wen)卷2101份(fen),教(jiao)師(shi)訪(fang)談(tan)記(ji)錄(lu)(lu)25份(fen)。

調(diao)研專(zhuan)家組成員(yuan)范苗就(jiu)調(diao)研報告中(zhong)(zhong)學生(sheng)素養現狀(zhuang)、目(mu)前(qian)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)開展現狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、師(shi)資建設(she)(she)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)習實(shi)(shi)訓相結(jie)(jie)合(he)(he)的(de)(de)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)(yu)校園(yuan)文化建設(she)(she)相結(jie)(jie)合(he)(he)的(de)(de)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)(yu)社會服務相結(jie)(jie)合(he)(he)的(de)(de)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)等(deng)內容進行分享(xiang),讓研修班的(de)(de)學員(yuan)們從數據中(zhong)(zhong)更科學更全面的(de)(de)了(le)解目(mu)前(qian)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)在高(gao)職(zhi)院校中(zhong)(zhong)開展的(de)(de)情況。

研修班4天的(de)(de)(de)課(ke)程涵蓋(gai)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育理論(lun)知(zhi)識、相關政策導讀、實際課(ke)程案例分(fen)析、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)相關法律知(zhi)識普及、人工(gong)智能(neng)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育等(deng)多個方面(mian),最(zui)后以電(dian)子考卷的(de)(de)(de)形式對學員們進行(xing)考核。參(can)訓學員紛紛表示,將(jiang)以本次研究(jiu)班為(wei)新的(de)(de)(de)起點,進一步(bu)加強理論(lun)學習,重(zhong)塑勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育觀,為(wei)所屬高職院校開展勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育工(gong)作(zuo)貢獻(xian)力(li)量;并希望這樣的(de)(de)(de)培(pei)訓能(neng)夠制度化、常態(tai)化,進一步(bu)豐富(fu)培(pei)訓內容,在(zai)條件允許(xu)的(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia),安排線下(xia)培(pei)訓課(ke),加入動(dong)(dong)手實踐(jian)實操(cao)環節,將(jiang)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)精神貫穿(chuan)師(shi)資培(pei)訓始(shi)終。
