我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為(wei)深入貫(guan)徹德智體美勞全(quan)(quan)面(mian)發展的黨的教育(yu)方針,全(quan)(quan)面(mian)落實《中(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)央 國(guo)務(wu)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)關(guan)于全(quan)(quan)面(mian)加強新時(shi)代(dai)大(da)中(zhong)小學(xue)勞動(dong)教育(yu)的意見》精神,大(da)力提升高等職(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)學(xue)生勞動(dong)素養,形(xing)成(cheng)體現時(shi)代(dai)要求、符(fu)合育(yu)人規(gui)律、彰顯高職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)特色的勞動(dong)教育(yu)體系(xi),8月25日(ri)至8月28日(ri),由我校(xiao)和中(zhong)國(guo)勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)勞動(dong)教育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin)主辦、創(chuang)想(xiang)家科技教育(yu)(深圳)有(you)限公司協辦的2020年(nian)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)職(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞動(dong)教育(yu)導師研(yan)修班(ban)(中(zhong)級),在線(xian)上(shang)會議平臺(tai)成(cheng)功舉辦。

為優化勞(lao)動(dong)教育師(shi)資供給(gei),本(ben)次教師(shi)培訓除(chu)了(le)邀請勞(lao)動(dong)教育領域相關知名(ming)學者外,基于(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)教育本(ben)身特質(zhi),還(huan)邀請了(le)企業(ye)代表擔任課程(cheng)授課講師(shi)。共有來自廣東、廣西(xi)、貴州、湖(hu)南(nan)、江蘇、內蒙古(gu)、陜西(xi)、浙(zhe)江等(deng)14所職業(ye)院校近30名(ming)老師(shi)參(can)加培訓。

同時(shi),為深入(ru)了(le)解目前(qian)高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育開展情況,今年(nian)3月(yue),我(wo)校(xiao)聯合(he)創想家教(jiao)育科技(深圳(zhen))有限公(gong)司,對覆蓋(gai)生源地30個省(sheng)、自治區、直轄市的(de)學生及來自全國(guo)(guo)14所高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)老師(shi)開展《全國(guo)(guo)高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育現(xian)狀(zhuang)調查(cha)報(bao)告藍皮書》專(zhuan)項(xiang)問卷(juan)(juan)調研。經過(guo)5個月(yue)的(de)立項(xiang)、調研論證、問卷(juan)(juan)發放(fang)及回收、電話訪談記(ji)錄(lu)、數據清(qing)洗與甄別(bie)等,共回收有效教(jiao)師(shi)問卷(juan)(juan)221份,學生問卷(juan)(juan)2101份,教(jiao)師(shi)訪談記(ji)錄(lu)25份。

調(diao)研(yan)專家組成員范苗就調(diao)研(yan)報告中學生素養現狀(zhuang)、目前勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)開展(zhan)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、師資(zi)建(jian)設(she)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)實習實訓相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)校(xiao)園文(wen)化建(jian)設(she)相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)社會服(fu)務相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題等內(nei)容進行(xing)分享,讓(rang)研(yan)修班的(de)(de)(de)學員們從數據中更(geng)科學更(geng)全面的(de)(de)(de)了解(jie)目前勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)在高職(zhi)院校(xiao)中開展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)情況。

研(yan)(yan)修班(ban)4天的課(ke)程涵蓋勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理論(lun)知識、相關政(zheng)策(ce)導讀(du)、實際課(ke)程案例分析、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動相關法律知識普(pu)及、人工智能下的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)等多個方面,最后以電子(zi)考卷的形式對學(xue)員(yuan)們進行考核。參訓學(xue)員(yuan)紛(fen)紛(fen)表示,將以本次研(yan)(yan)究班(ban)為新的起點,進一步(bu)(bu)加(jia)強理論(lun)學(xue)習,重塑(su)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)觀,為所屬高職院校(xiao)開(kai)展勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)貢獻力量;并(bing)希望這樣的培(pei)訓能夠制度(du)化、常(chang)態化,進一步(bu)(bu)豐富培(pei)訓內(nei)容,在條件允(yun)許的情況下,安排線下培(pei)訓課(ke),加(jia)入動手實踐實操環節,將勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動精神貫穿(chuan)師資培(pei)訓始終。
