魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為(wei)深入推進(jin)學校數(shu)字(zi)化轉(zhuan)型,高(gao)質量落實(shi)好“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設(she)各項任務,6月28日,深圳(zhen)職(zhi)業技術學院舉行黨(dang)委(wei)理論學習中(zhong)心組(zu)(擴大)學習會,特別邀請全國政協委(wei)員、中(zhong)國職(zhi)業技術教育學會會長(chang)(chang)、教育部(bu)原副部(bu)長(chang)(chang)魯昕在(zai)京聯線,作(zuo)題為(wei)《人工智(zhi)能與經濟學:“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設(she)全新(xin)領域的(de)全面(mian)建設(she)》專(zhuan)題報告。會議(yi)由校黨(dang)委(wei)書記(ji)、校長(chang)(chang)楊欣(xin)斌(bin)主持(chi)。

習近平總書記(ji)高(gao)度重視人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)發展,認為“人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)是(shi)引領新一(yi)輪科(ke)技革命和(he)產業變革的重要驅動力”,“把握全(quan)球人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)發展態勢,找準突破口和(he)主攻方向,培養(yang)大(da)批具有創(chuang)新能(neng)力和(he)合(he)作精(jing)神的人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)高(gao)端人才是(shi)教育的重要使(shi)命”。

魯昕(xin)列舉了人(ren)(ren)社部發布(bu)的數(shu)字(zi)經濟背(bei)景下市場需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)迫切的39個(ge)(ge)新(xin)職(zhi)業,通(tong)過分析新(xin)職(zhi)業、新(xin)知識(shi)、新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術、新(xin)技(ji)(ji)能,突(tu)顯出工(gong)作(zuo)場景變化對“雙高”專業建設提出的要求(qiu)(qiu)。最(zui)后,魯昕(xin)通(tong)過對工(gong)信部人(ren)(ren)才交流中心發布(bu)的《工(gong)業互(hu)聯網產(chan)業人(ren)(ren)才崗位能力(li)要求(qiu)(qiu)》分析,展示了工(gong)業互(hu)聯網產(chan)業人(ren)(ren)才8個(ge)(ge)方向41個(ge)(ge)崗位的4項能力(li)要求(qiu)(qiu),系統總結了人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能發展對高等(deng)教育動(dong)手能力(li)數(shu)字(zi)化和實訓基(ji)地虛(xu)擬化轉(zhuan)型(xing)的呼喚。

魯昕希望,在“雙區”建(jian)設(she)的背景下,“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)的過程中(zhong),深職(zhi)院作為(wei)“雙高(gao)”中(zhong)的“雙高(gao)”,要(yao)充分(fen)探討(tao)如何在粵港澳(ao)大灣區的政策(ce)環境(jing)、在新(xin)一(yi)代信息(xi)技術的創(chuang)新(xin)文化(hua)、在深職(zhi)院的工(gong)科特色中(zhong)發揮積極作用,構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)知(zhi)識體系,構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)課(ke)程體系,顛覆專業結構(gou),培養復合性人才,成為(wei)名副其實的世(shi)界一(yi)流職(zhi)業技術學院。

楊欣(xin)斌在(zai)總(zong)結中(zhong)(zhong)表示,魯(lu)昕(xin)會(hui)(hui)長的(de)報(bao)告站位(wei)高(gao)(gao)(gao)遠、視(shi)野開闊,理論深(shen)厚、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦問題、貼近實(shi)際(ji),特別(bie)是結合(he)我校(xiao)“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設、專(zhuan)業設置和(he)產教(jiao)融合(he)的(de)情況提(ti)出具(ju)體的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意見,對(dui)于推動學校(xiao)數字(zi)化轉型,落實(shi)好(hao)“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設,科學謀(mou)劃“十四(si)五”期間(jian)的(de)思路和(he)舉(ju)措(cuo),具(ju)有(you)重要的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意義。楊欣(xin)斌要求各(ge)單位(wei)深(shen)刻(ke)領會(hui)(hui)、深(shen)入研究魯(lu)昕(xin)會(hui)(hui)長的(de)報(bao)告精神,結合(he)實(shi)際(ji)抓好(hao)貫徹落實(shi),努力在(zai)“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設中(zhong)(zhong)走在(zai)前(qian)列,爭當職業教(jiao)育(yu)創新發展的(de)先行者。

整場(chang)報告歷時兩個半小(xiao)時,全校共300余人參加學習,其中,全體專業(ye)主(zhu)任(ren)、教研室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)、實訓室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)在會場(chang)進行集中學習;全體校領導、黨委委員,全體中層干部通(tong)過騰訊會議系統進行線上學習。
