[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)(tu)書特(te)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)底蘊和(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)地位(wei),對(dui)整個(ge)社會的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,甚而對(dui)經(jing)濟、科研、社會文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步起著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)(tu)書館作(zuo)為(wei)古今中(zhong)外最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)藏書場(chang)所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)天地,肩負著(zhu)特(te)別的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)使(shi)命和(he)任務。高校圖(tu)(tu)書館在為(wei)教學科研服務的(de)(de)(de)同時,更(geng)有(you)著(zhu)直接參(can)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)合式(shi)(shi)創新(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能(neng)人才(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)時(shi)期對(dui)(dui)職(zhi)業院(yuan)校提(ti)出(chu)的(de)新(xin)要求,符合市場對(dui)(dui)新(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人才(cai)的(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合技能(neng)人才(cai)未來發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)方向。全(quan)面推進“文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人、復(fu)合育(yu)(yu)人、協同育(yu)(yu)人”人才(cai)培養模式(shi)(shi)改革,對(dui)(dui)職(zhi)業院(yuan)校的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)與教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學提(ti)出(chu)了(le)新(xin)的(de)挑(tiao)戰,也說明了(le)新(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人才(cai)培育(yu)(yu)的(de)復(fu)雜性。作為傳(chuan)統的(de)文化(hua)主(zhu)體部門、教(jiao)(jiao)學輔助單位(wei),圖(tu)書館(guan)理當主(zhu)動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人工作中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入(ru)落實(shi)“文(wen)化育人”的(de)人才培養理(li)念,一方(fang)面要求圖書(shu)文(wen)化升華(hua)拓展,衍進到書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化,進而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進校園文(wen)化大發展,另一方(fang)面也(ye)從文(wen)化建(jian)設的(de)角度對圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工作提(ti)出了新的(de)要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖書館(guan)永恒(heng)的主(zhu)題,今(jin)后應有(you)三個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視資源(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二(er)是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重點抓好特色(se)資源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖書資源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的基礎。為形成(cheng)(cheng)資源(yuan)的針對性、有(you)效性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se),應進一(yi)步與學校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加強(qiang)合作資源(yuan)、特色(se)資源(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題如職業(ye)素(su)養、地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang),一(yi)旦形成(cheng)(cheng)規模(mo),就進行歸(gui)納整理,集中(zhong)收藏(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采(cai)購中(zhong),應有(you)意識地進行專(zhuan)題采(cai)購,形成(cheng)(cheng)特色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也(ye)可發(fa)揮(hui)博(bo)物館(guan)功能,收集地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資料、非物質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)題藏(zang)品,形成(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)題數(shu)據庫或特藏(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)魅力(li)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單(dan),而現代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)性,通過(guo)(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過(guo)(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人(ren)。優化(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多(duo)樣化(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua),日常應建立(li)一套(tao)基本(ben)的(de)(de)能(neng)滿足(zu)讀(du)者(zhe)需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基礎上,要(yao)(yao)強化(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重點團隊(dui)在(zai)縱(zong)深層次(ci)的(de)(de)教學科(ke)研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性需求(qiu),其次(ci)要(yao)(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引(yin)進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微(wei)博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館、虛擬(ni)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館等(deng),促進與讀(du)者(zhe)的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交(jiao)流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)互(hu)動。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)(shi)生最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的聚集(ji)之地。面(mian)向未(wei)來(lai)(lai),我們提出除了要(yao)(yao)(yao)把圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信息中心之外,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)中心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)中心和宣傳(chuan)教(jiao)育中心,實現由傳(chuan)統(tong)大學(xue)(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新(xin)型大學(xue)(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的轉型。這種轉型實際上(shang)賦(fu)予圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓寬圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育人(ren)的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)渠道。近(jin)年來(lai)(lai),圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做(zuo)好常規(gui)服務的同時,大量舉辦(ban)主題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀沙龍(long)、專題(ti)(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技(ji)能比賽(sai)等,保持了館(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有(you)新(xin)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示(shi)與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的頻率,通過(guo)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)(xue)生的讀者協會,與師(shi)(shi)生建立(li)了廣(guang)泛的聯系。以后,圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷把館(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且走出校(xiao)門,配(pei)合教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)或師(shi)(shi)生的專題(ti)(ti)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務。
