[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)特有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化底蘊和文(wen)化地(di)(di)位(wei),對整個社會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化大發展,甚而對經濟(ji)、科研、社會(hui)文(wen)明(ming)等方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)進步起著舉足輕重的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用。圖(tu)書(shu)館作為古今中外最重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)藏書(shu)場所(suo)、文(wen)化天地(di)(di),肩負(fu)著特別(bie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化使命和任務(wu)。高校(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)館在為教學科研服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,更有著直(zhi)接參與文(wen)化育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)合(he)(he)式創新(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)(dui)(dui)職業院校提(ti)出的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)要求(qiu),符合(he)(he)市場對(dui)(dui)(dui)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)變化,也切合(he)(he)技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)(de)方(fang)向(xiang)。全面推進(jin)“文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協(xie)同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)培養模式改革,對(dui)(dui)(dui)職業院校的(de)(de)發(fa)展與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)提(ti)出了新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)培育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復(fu)雜(za)性。作為(wei)傳統的(de)(de)文化主(zhu)體(ti)部門、教(jiao)學(xue)輔助(zhu)單(dan)位,圖(tu)書館理(li)當主(zhu)動(dong)參與(yu)到(dao)文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

  從單一(yi)的專(zhuan)業(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)或(huo)專(zhuan)業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從適應崗位(wei)到(dao)工(gong)作創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin),從“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben)(ben)綜(zong)合發展(zhan)(zhan),現代技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的理念與(yu)(yu)定(ding)位(wei)有根本(ben)(ben)性(xing)轉變,對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館而言,自(zi)身(shen)(shen)定(ding)位(wei)與(yu)(yu)工(gong)作責任(ren)必(bi)須(xu)進行變革(ge)。第(di)一(yi),努(nu)力(li)拓(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的內涵,必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)(sheng)華到(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以(yi)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)心開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)資源建設(she)和(he)服(fu)務(wu)提升(sheng)(sheng),依(yi)復合型(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來(lai)采購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善閱讀環境(jing),開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)多層次的個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),更要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館,參(can)與(yu)(yu)到(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作的第(di)一(yi)線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館可以(yi)全程(cheng)介入教(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的整(zheng)個過程(cheng),從而在實(shi)踐中(zhong)使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的內涵與(yu)(yu)外延,著(zhu)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的大(da)發展(zhan)(zhan)。第(di)二(er),著(zhu)力(li)打(da)造新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)的書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的展(zhan)(zhan)開(kai),不僅(jin)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養(yang)課(ke)程(cheng)的開(kai)設(she)問(wen)題,更重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環境(jing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)(xin)渠(qu)道的建設(she)問(wen)題,推(tui)進書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建設(she),是(shi)一(yi)個重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的切入點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)氣息(xi)濃郁。第(di)三,不斷(duan)放大(da)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的功能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)十分(fen)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)中(zhong),應該根據時代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色,組織各方(fang)面的力(li)量(liang),從不同(tong)角度完(wan)善、充實(shi)、放大(da)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)功能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將(jiang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生全面成長相結合,激勵教(jiao)師(shi)投身(shen)(shen)于文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)造中(zhong)來(lai)。抓住(zhu)德(de)(de)育(yu)的教(jiao)育(yu)主線,用不同(tong)形式和(he)方(fang)法提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的社會(hui)公(gong)德(de)(de)、職業(ye)道德(de)(de)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝(ning)聚上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)精(jing)神(shen)(shen),以(yi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐(zhu)步形成學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌(pai)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)精(jing)神(shen)(shen)內核(he),塑造學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生,提升(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入(ru)落實“文化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)”的人(ren)(ren)才培養理念,一方面要求圖書(shu)(shu)文化(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍(yan)進(jin)到書(shu)(shu)香文化(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)(shu)香校園,促進(jin)校園文化(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方面也從(cong)文化(hua)建設的角度對(dui)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的具體工作(zuo)提出了新的要求。

  1、豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根(gen)基。資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)館(guan)永恒的主(zhu)題(ti)(ti),今后應有(you)三(san)個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視(shi)資(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵(han),二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點抓好特色(se)(se)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)(shi)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的基礎。為形成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)的針對性、有(you)效(xiao)性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se)(se),應進(jin)一步與學(xue)校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外單位合作(zuo)(zuo),加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)合作(zuo)(zuo)資(zi)源(yuan)、特色(se)(se)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職(zhi)業素(su)養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的收(shou)(shou)藏(zang),一旦形成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進(jin)行(xing)歸(gui)納整理(li),集中(zhong)收(shou)(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購中(zhong),應有(you)意識地進(jin)行(xing)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采購,形成(cheng)特色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可發(fa)揮博物館(guan)功能,收(shou)(shou)集地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)料(liao)、非(fei)物質遺產,接受(shou)私人專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據庫或特藏(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖(tu)書館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生(sheng),通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常應建立一(yi)套基本的(de)能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)讀者(zhe)需求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基礎(chu)上,要強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)(xin)息的(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足(zu)教師或重點團隊在縱深層(ceng)次的(de)教學(xue)科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)(xin)息的(de)個(ge)性(xing)需求,其次要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更廣,如微博(bo)、短(duan)信(xin)(xin)(xin)、聊天群(qun)、手(shou)機圖(tu)書館(guan)、虛(xu)擬圖(tu)書館(guan)等,促進與讀者(zhe)的(de)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師生(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)的聚集之地。面向未來(lai),我們提(ti)出(chu)除了(le)(le)要(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源信(xin)息(xi)中心(xin)之外,還要(yao)建成學(xue)習交流中心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動中心(xin)和宣傳教育中心(xin),實現由(you)傳統大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的轉型(xing)。這種(zhong)轉型(xing)實際(ji)上賦予(yu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能,不斷(duan)拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動平臺,成為(wei)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育人(ren)的重(zhong)要(yao)渠道。近(jin)年來(lai),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常規服務(wu)的同時,大(da)量舉(ju)辦主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍、專題講(jiang)座、書(shu)評競賽和技能比(bi)賽等(deng),保(bao)持了(le)(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有新的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動的頻率,通(tong)過(guo)教師的讀(du)書(shu)俱(ju)樂部與學(xue)生(sheng)的讀(du)者協會(hui),與師生(sheng)建立了(le)(le)廣泛的聯(lian)系(xi)。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷(duan)把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)活動或師生(sheng)的專題活動,開展(zhan)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務(wu)。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
