[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書特(te)有的(de)文(wen)(wen)化底蘊和(he)文(wen)(wen)化地位,對整個(ge)社會的(de)文(wen)(wen)化大發展,甚而(er)對經濟、科研、社會文(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)進步起著舉足(zu)輕重的(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書館(guan)作(zuo)為古今中(zhong)外最重要(yao)的(de)藏(zang)書場所(suo)、文(wen)(wen)化天地,肩(jian)負著特(te)別的(de)文(wen)(wen)化使命(ming)和(he)任(ren)務。高校圖(tu)書館(guan)在為教學科研服務的(de)同時(shi),更有著直(zhi)接參與文(wen)(wen)化育人的(de)重要(yao)使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復(fu)合式創(chuang)新(xin)型高(gao)素質(zhi)高(gao)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)時(shi)期(qi)對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)校提出(chu)的(de)(de)新(xin)要求(qiu),符合市場對(dui)新(xin)型技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切(qie)合技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)未(wei)來發展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養模式改(gai)革(ge),對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)校的(de)(de)發展與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)提出(chu)了新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)育(yu)的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性。作(zuo)為傳統(tong)的(de)(de)文化(hua)主體(ti)部門(men)、教(jiao)學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館理當主動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)中。

  從單一的(de)(de)(de)(de)專業(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)科或(huo)專業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,從適應(ying)崗位到(dao)(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)新,從“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)為本(ben)(ben)綜合(he)發(fa)展(zhan),現代技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念與定位有(you)根(gen)(gen)本(ben)(ben)性(xing)(xing)轉變,對高校(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而言,自身(shen)(shen)定位與工(gong)作(zuo)責任必(bi)須(xu)進行變革。第一,努力拓展(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵(han),必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)新文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升華(hua)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)以(yi)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)為中心開(kai)展(zhan)資源(yuan)建設和(he)服務提(ti)升,依復合(he)型、創(chuang)(chuang)新型要(yao)(yao)(yao)求來(lai)采購(gou)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善閱讀(du)環(huan)境(jing),開(kai)展(zhan)多層(ceng)次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務,更要(yao)(yao)(yao)走(zou)出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)第一線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可以(yi)全程(cheng)介入教(jiao)與學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整個過(guo)程(cheng),從而在實踐中使(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴(kuo)大圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵(han)與外延,著力推動校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大發(fa)展(zhan)。第二,著力打造新型的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開(kai),不僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養(yang)課程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)設問(wen)(wen)題,更重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大環(huan)境(jing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)新渠道的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設問(wen)(wen)題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建設,是一個重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)切入點(dian)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看(kan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香彌漫校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第三,不斷放(fang)大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設與創(chuang)(chuang)新十(shi)分(fen)重要(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設中,應(ying)該(gai)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)時(shi)代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)特色(se),組織各方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)力量,從不同角度(du)完(wan)善、充實、放(fang)大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)功能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)將(jiang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研究、社會服務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面(mian)成(cheng)長相(xiang)結(jie)合(he),激勵教(jiao)師投(tou)身(shen)(shen)于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)造中來(lai)。抓住德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)主線,用不同形式和(he)方法提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)社會公德、職(zhi)業(ye)道德與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品德。要(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝(ning)聚上升到(dao)(dao)大學(xue)(xue)精(jing)神,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為基礎,逐步形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)獨(du)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與精(jing)神內(nei)核,塑造學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文化(hua)育人”的人才(cai)培養理念,一方(fang)(fang)面(mian)要(yao)求(qiu)圖(tu)(tu)書文化(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)拓展(zhan),衍進到書香(xiang)文化(hua),進而推動書香(xiang)校園,促進校園文化(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方(fang)(fang)面(mian)也從文化(hua)建(jian)設的角(jiao)度對圖(tu)(tu)書館的具體(ti)工作(zuo)提(ti)出了(le)新的要(yao)求(qiu)。

  1、豐富(fu)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設是圖書館永(yong)恒的主題,今后應有三個轉(zhuan)變,一(yi)是重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)化(hua)內涵,二是要優(you)化(hua)結構,三是重點抓好特(te)(te)色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設。圖書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設實(shi)則是文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設,是書香文(wen)化(hua)與(yu)(yu)校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)發(fa)展的基礎。為形成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的針對(dui)性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)特(te)(te)色(se)(se)(se),應進一(yi)步與(yu)(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加(jia)強合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)(te)色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設,加(jia)強文(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題如職業素養、地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)的收(shou)藏,一(yi)旦形成規模,就(jiu)進行歸(gui)納(na)整理(li),集中收(shou)藏,建立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題文(wen)庫(ku)。日(ri)常采購(gou)中,應有意識(shi)地(di)進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題采購(gou),形成特(te)(te)色(se)(se)(se)文(wen)化(hua)藏書。也可發(fa)揮博物(wu)館功能,收(shou)集地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)質遺產,接受私(si)人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題藏品,形成專(zhuan)(zhuan)題數據庫(ku)或特(te)(te)藏室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸(shen)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而現(xian)代圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注(zhu)重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua),日(ri)常應建立一(yi)套基本(ben)的(de)(de)能(neng)滿足讀(du)者需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教師(shi)或重(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱深層(ceng)次的(de)(de)教學(xue)科研活動中對文(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)需(xu)求(qiu),其(qi)次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功(gong)夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博(bo)、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機(ji)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)、虛擬(ni)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)等(deng),促(cu)進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信(xin)息交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)最(zui)重要(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之地。面(mian)向未來,我們(men)提出除了(le)要(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建成資源信(xin)息中(zhong)心(xin)之外(wai),還要(yao)建成學(xue)習(xi)交流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動中(zhong)心(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin),實(shi)現由傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新(xin)型(xing)(xing)大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)(xing)。這(zhe)種轉型(xing)(xing)實(shi)際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能,不斷(duan)拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動平(ping)臺,成為學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道。近(jin)年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做好常規服務的(de)(de)同時(shi),大量(liang)舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)藏(zang)推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技(ji)能比賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)內每月有新(xin)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動的(de)(de)頻率,通過(guo)教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者(zhe)協(xie)會,與師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)建立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)聯系(xi)。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)不斷(duan)把(ba)館(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)走出館(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且(qie)走出校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)學(xue)活動或師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活動,開(kai)展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務。
