圖(tu)書特(te)(te)有的(de)(de)文(wen)化底蘊和文(wen)化地(di)位,對整個社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)文(wen)化大發展,甚而(er)對經濟、科研(yan)、社(she)會(hui)文(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)(de)作用。圖(tu)書館(guan)作為古今中外(wai)最重要的(de)(de)藏書場所(suo)、文(wen)化天地(di),肩負著(zhu)特(te)(te)別的(de)(de)文(wen)化使命和任(ren)務。高校圖(tu)書館(guan)在為教(jiao)學科研(yan)服務的(de)(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)化育人的(de)(de)重要使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)(pei)養(yang)“復合(he)(he)式創新(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對職業院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)提出(chu)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)(he)市場(chang)對新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)(he)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才未(wei)來發展的(de)(de)方(fang)向。全面推(tui)進(jin)“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)模式改(gai)革,對職業院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)發展與教育(yu)(yu)教學(xue)提出(chu)了(le)(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了(le)(le)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復雜性。作為傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)體部門、教學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館(guan)理當主(zhu)動(dong)參與到(dao)文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入(ru)落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念(nian),一方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)求圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華拓展,衍進(jin)到書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進(jin)而推動(dong)書(shu)香校園(yuan),促進(jin)校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一方(fang)面(mian)也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖(tu)書(shu)館的(de)具體工(gong)作提出了新的(de)要(yao)求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館永恒的主題(ti),今后應有三個(ge)轉變,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)內涵(han),二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)結構(gou),三是(shi)(shi)重點抓好特(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she)實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she),是(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)發展(zhan)的基礎。為形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的針(zhen)對(dui)性、有效性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特(te)色,應進(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)步與學校各(ge)部門及校外單位合作,加(jia)強合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源、特(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設(she)(she),加(jia)強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)如職(zhi)業(ye)素(su)養、地(di)(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的收藏(zang),一(yi)(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成規模,就(jiu)進(jin)(jin)行歸納整(zheng)理(li),集中收藏(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采(cai)購(gou)中,應有意識地(di)(di)進(jin)(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)采(cai)購(gou),形(xing)(xing)成特(te)色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)(shu)。也可(ke)發揮博(bo)物(wu)館功(gong)能,收集地(di)(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物(wu)質(zhi)遺產,接受(shou)私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)(xing)成專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)數據庫(ku)或特(te)藏(zang)室(shi)。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)機構,傳統圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)比較簡單,而(er)現代圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)應更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)影(ying)響師生,通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)關鍵(jian)要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)多(duo)樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基(ji)(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿(man)足讀者(zhe)需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此(ci)基(ji)(ji)礎上(shang),要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)師或重(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)(de)教(jiao)學科(ke)研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)個性(xing)需求,其次要(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫,引進(jin)(jin)新(xin)技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微(wei)博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手(shou)機圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促進(jin)(jin)與(yu)讀者(zhe)的(de)(de)信(xin)息交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開(kai)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動——拓寬(kuan)(kuan)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館是(shi)校園師(shi)生最重要(yao)(yao)的聚集之地。面向(xiang)(xiang)未來,我們提出除了要(yao)(yao)把(ba)(ba)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館建(jian)成資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心之外,還要(yao)(yao)建(jian)成學(xue)習(xi)交流中(zhong)(zhong)心、文化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動中(zhong)(zhong)心和宣傳教(jiao)(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)心,實現由傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館向(xiang)(xiang)一流、現代、新(xin)型大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的轉型。這種轉型實際上賦予(yu)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館更多的文化(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能(neng),不(bu)(bu)斷拓寬(kuan)(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的文化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動平臺(tai),成為學(xue)校育人的重要(yao)(yao)渠道(dao)。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館在做好常規服務的同時,大量舉辦主題(ti)(ti)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館藏推介、閱讀(du)沙龍、專題(ti)(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評(ping)競賽和技能(neng)比賽等,保持了館內(nei)每月有新(xin)的文化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動的頻率,通過教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂(le)部(bu)與(yu)學(xue)生的讀(du)者(zhe)協會,與(yu)師(shi)生建(jian)立(li)了廣泛的聯系。以(yi)后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)不(bu)(bu)斷把(ba)(ba)館內(nei)各(ge)類文化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出館舍,深入(ru)校園,并且走出校門,配合(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)動或師(shi)生的專題(ti)(ti)活(huo)動,開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。

文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)與(yu)(yu)(yu)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、復(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)是(shi)(shi)緊(jin)密(mi)聯(lian)(lian)系的(de)(de)(de)。新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)期圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),關鍵也在(zai)(zai)于協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie),即協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)調(diao)、協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)、協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)助(zhu)(zhu),強(qiang)(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)、互(hu)助(zhu)(zhu)、配(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he),是(shi)(shi)相(xiang)互(hu)的(de)(de)(de)支持(chi)(chi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)補充。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),即同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)力,強(qiang)(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)動、共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)目標(biao)、共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)利益,齊心(xin)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)力。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)與(yu)(yu)(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)結合(he)(he),注重的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)整體(ti)(ti)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),系統(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),強(qiang)(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)全員力量(liang),相(xiang)互(hu)配(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)圖書(shu)(shu)文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),首(shou)先要(yao)(yao)(yao)準確定位(wei),不(bu)越(yue)位(wei)。在(zai)(zai)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)總體(ti)(ti)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中,圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做好(hao)(hao)配(pei)(pei)(pei)角,做好(hao)(hao)圖書(shu)(shu)信息基礎資(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)保障服(fu)務。能(neng)(neng)保持(chi)(chi)清(qing)醒的(de)(de)(de)頭腦,又持(chi)(chi)有熱情的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)(du),認真(zhen)做好(hao)(hao)自(zi)(zi)身工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。其次(ci)要(yao)(yao)(yao)謀求主(zhu)動,不(bu)被(bei)動。創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)過程(cheng)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)個復(fu)雜的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)動時(shi)(shi)(shi)常動態(tai)變(bian)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng),在(zai)(zai)某(mou)一(yi)方面某(mou)一(yi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)刻,創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)角度(du)(du)、主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)可能(neng)(neng)會(hui)發生變(bian)化(hua),配(pei)(pei)(pei)角也可能(neng)(neng)變(bian)為(wei)主(zhu)角。從系統(tong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)看(kan),任何一(yi)個部(bu)分都(dou)是(shi)(shi)非常重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de),配(pei)(pei)(pei)角或(huo)輔助(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)沒(mei)做好(hao)(hao),必將影響整個創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)效果。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中還(huan)有一(yi)個工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)態(tai)度(du)(du)問題,對(dui)配(pei)(pei)(pei)角或(huo)輔助(zhu)(zhu)單位(wei)來說,我們應當持(chi)(chi)一(yi)種主(zhu)動、積極的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)(du)參與(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。圖書(shu)(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)應當是(shi)(shi)主(zhu)動溝通教學(xue)(xue)科研人(ren)員,主(zhu)動聽取(qu)使用(yong)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)意(yi)見,主(zhu)動建設(she)。對(dui)外(wai)服(fu)務應當主(zhu)動走(zou)出(chu)去,主(zhu)動、熱情為(wei)讀者服(fu)務。再次(ci)要(yao)(yao)(yao)內(nei)外(wai)聯(lian)(lian)動,不(bu)亂動,相(xiang)互(hu)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)配(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)要(yao)(yao)(yao)把各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做好(hao)(hao),提(ti)高(gao)效率,增進(jin)活(huo)力,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)與(yu)(yu)(yu)校(xiao)內(nei)各學(xue)(xue)院部(bu)門聯(lian)(lian)動,搞好(hao)(hao)資(zi)源(yuan)、環境與(yu)(yu)(yu)文化(hua)建設(she)。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)經常與(yu)(yu)(yu)本(ben)系統(tong)、與(yu)(yu)(yu)兄弟院校(xiao)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、專(zhuan)業(ye)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、公共(gong)(gong)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)加強(qiang)(qiang)溝通,交流經驗,共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)促進(jin)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)事(shi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)。在(zai)(zai)復(fu)合(he)(he)式(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)型高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)培養模式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)改革中,圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)融入到學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)乃至省市、國家的(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)大平(ping)臺(tai)中去,發揮著自(zi)(zi)身的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。平(ping)臺(tai)有變(bian)化(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)無止境。不(bu)管是(shi)(shi)橫向縱向,不(bu)管是(shi)(shi)內(nei)部(bu)外(wai)部(bu),不(bu)管是(shi)(shi)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)任務還(huan)是(shi)(shi)輔助(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)都(dou)要(yao)(yao)(yao)牢固樹立協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)意(yi)識、創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)意(yi)識、文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)意(yi)識,做好(hao)(hao)自(zi)(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),做出(chu)應有的(de)(de)(de)貢獻(xian)。
