[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工辦(ban)負(fu)責人。雖說是(shi)今年初從管理(li)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)(gang)來(lai)到數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從進校伊始(shi),宋李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管理(li)工作崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)辛勤耕耘九個年頭,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍(wu)中品(pin)格(ge)優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。

e)助外(wai)力(li)提升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)。半(ban)年(nian)來2次(ci)主動(dong)(dong)聯系(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)咨詢中心(xin)(xin),通過借(jie)助專業(ye)力(li)量提升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對重(zhong)(zhong)點關注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)管理(li)(li)能力(li)和(he)(he)(he)(he)應對水平(ping)。積(ji)(ji)極發揮(hui)新(xin)媒體平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)(zai)思想政治(zhi)(zhi)教育中的(de)陣地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組(zu)織策劃(hua)迎新(xin)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)推文、國慶70周(zhou)年(nian)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)活動(dong)(dong)、強國青年(nian)說推文等宣(xuan)傳(chuan)推文,深受(shou)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)作(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔(dan)當,身先士卒,高度自律。每(mei)天(tian)早上(shang)提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo),下午(wu)最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦公室,關(guan)愛團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan),注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍內部建設(she),通(tong)過專題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)心(xin)談(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)活(huo)動等方(fang)式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉(feng)獻(xian)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況(kuang),及(ji)時向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)反饋早晚修情(qing)況(kuang)。積極(ji)通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動態,及(ji)時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開(kai)展主題教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人次,宿舍走訪4次。工(gong)作(zuo)中能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)培養特點,有針對性(xing)的(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人理念落實到位。同時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引(yin)導教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)過嚴(yan)要求,敢碰硬的(de)態度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長(chang)、班主任、輔導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬城(cheng)不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)建設(she)也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過嚴(yan)于(yu)律己(ji)的(de)作(zuo)風和(he)正能(neng)量(liang)的(de)積極(ji)傳遞才(cai)能(neng)讓新(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建設(she)與(yu)時俱進(jin),勇(yong)往直前。
