[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中共黨員(yuan),數創學院(yuan)(yuan)學工(gong)辦負責人。雖說是今年初(chu)從(cong)管(guan)理學院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗來到數創學院(yuan)(yuan),但(dan)從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始,宋李翔(xiang)已(yi)在學生(sheng)管(guan)理工(gong)作崗位辛勤耕耘九個年頭,是學校(xiao)學工(gong)隊伍中品(pin)格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力(li)量。

自“不(bu)忘初(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命(ming)”主題(ti)教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展以來,宋李翔(xiang)積極(ji)響應校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)的號召(zhao),根據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關“不(bu)忘初(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命(ming)”主題(ti)教(jiao)育統一部署(shu)和安排,積極(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)部的各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日(ri)常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部署(shu)、共落實,找(zhao)準基層(ceng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部建設的重點,扎實推進(jin)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的開展,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身先(xian)士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊(dui)伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成長成才,展現了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部書記(ji)應有(you)的風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)領(ling)導支持下(xia),積極與(yu)深(shen)圳(zhen)市公安(an)局機(ji)場分局聯(lian)絡,于2019年6月(yue)正式成立深(shen)職院(yuan)影視動(dong)畫宣(xuan)傳志(zhi)愿服務基(ji)地(di)(di),使得志(zhi)愿服務與(yu)專業建(jian)(jian)(jian)設實(shi)現了(le)深(shen)度融合(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)注意整(zheng)合(he)資(zi)源,借助外(wai)力(li)(li)(li)提(ti)升(sheng)部(bu)門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)(ping)。半年來2次(ci)主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)聯(lian)系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心理(li)(li)咨(zi)詢中(zhong)(zhong)心,通過(guo)(guo)借助專業力(li)(li)(li)量提(ti)升(sheng)對重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)能力(li)(li)(li)和(he)(he)應對水平(ping)(ping)。積極發揮新(xin)媒體平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)在思想政(zheng)治教育中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)陣地(di)(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織策劃(hua)迎新(xin)系列(lie)推(tui)(tui)文(wen)、國慶70周年系列(lie)活動(dong)、強國青(qing)年說推(tui)(tui)文(wen)等宣(xuan)傳推(tui)(tui)文(wen),深(shen)受新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李(li)翔(xiang)老師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)于擔(dan)當,身先(xian)士卒,高度(du)自律。每天(tian)早(zao)上提前一(yi)個小時趕(gan)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)個離開辦(ban)公室,關愛團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍內部(bu)建設(she),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)專題(ti)研討、團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談心談話(hua)、團隊(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營造出團結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)實(shi)(shi)地檢查新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修(xiu)情(qing)況,及(ji)時向新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)反饋(kui)早(zao)晚修(xiu)情(qing)況。積極(ji)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談話(hua)、走訪宿(su)舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談等形式傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態(tai)(tai),及(ji)時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開展主(zhu)題(ti)教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以(yi)來,主(zhu)持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談會(hui)2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談話(hua)80人次(ci),宿(su)舍(she)走訪4次(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培(pei)養(yang)特點(dian),有針對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)片,將活(huo)動(dong)育人、文化育人理念落實(shi)(shi)到位。同時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引導教育,而是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)(tai)度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)起(qi)進行后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育引導。羅(luo)馬城不是(shi)一(yi)天(tian)建成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團隊(dui)建設(she)也(ye)不是(shi)一(yi)朝一(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)傳遞才能讓新(xin)(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)與(yu)時俱進,勇往(wang)直前。
