
宋(song)李翔(xiang),中共黨員(yuan),數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)工辦負責人。雖說(shuo)是(shi)今年(nian)初從管理學(xue)(xue)院輪崗(gang)來(lai)到數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院,但從進校(xiao)伊始,宋(song)李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管理工作(zuo)崗(gang)位辛(xin)勤耕(geng)耘九個(ge)年(nian)頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍中品格優秀、勤勉擔當(dang)、經(jing)驗(yan)豐富的中堅力量。
自“不忘(wang)初心,牢(lao)記使命”主題(ti)教育工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展以來(lai),宋李(li)翔積極響(xiang)應校(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)和(he)學院(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)的號(hao)召,根據(ju)學校(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)和(he)學院(yuan)有關“不忘(wang)初心,牢(lao)記使命”主題(ti)教育統(tong)一部署(shu)和(he)安排,積極組織(zhi)學院(yuan)學生(sheng)支(zhi)部的各項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與學生(sheng)日常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部署(shu)、共落實,找準基層黨(dang)支(zhi)部建設的重點(dian),扎(zha)實推進各項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的開展,工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒(zu)、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)學生(sheng)、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍(wu),服務于學生(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展現了(le)學生(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部書(shu)記應有的風(feng)采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中敢于(yu)(yu)擔(dan)當,身先士卒,高度自律。每天早(zao)上(shang)提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下(xia)午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦公室,關愛團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍內(nei)部(bu)建設(she),通過(guo)專題研(yan)討、團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)心(xin)談(tan)話(hua)、團隊(dui)活(huo)動等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造出團結協作(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)(ci)實地檢(jian)查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情況,及時(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)反(fan)饋早(zao)晚(wan)修情況。積(ji)極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等形(xing)式(shi)傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)動態,及時(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解(jie)難(nan)。自開(kai)(kai)展主題教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以(yi)來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人次(ci)(ci),宿(su)舍走訪4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中能根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養特(te)點(dian),有針對性的開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動育人、文化育人理念落實到位。同時(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)業(ye)后進(jin)(jin)的學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引導(dao)教(jiao)育,而是(shi)(shi)通過(guo)嚴(yan)(yan)要(yao)求,敢碰硬的態度與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長(chang)、班主任、輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)進(jin)(jin)行后進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的教(jiao)育引導(dao)。羅馬城不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的,一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團隊(dui)建設(she)也不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)嚴(yan)(yan)于(yu)(yu)律己的作(zuo)風和正能量的積(ji)極傳遞才能讓(rang)新時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)的建設(she)與時(shi)(shi)俱(ju)進(jin)(jin),勇往直(zhi)前(qian)。
