體(ti)(ti)育部現(xian)有(you)專任教師36人(ren)(ren)(ren),其中教授8人(ren)(ren)(ren)、副(fu)教授15人(ren)(ren)(ren)、講師12人(ren)(ren)(ren);博士3人(ren)(ren)(ren)。近年來,部門(men)(men)積極(ji)開展(zhan)具有(you)高職特色的體(ti)(ti)育俱樂部教學(xue)模(mo)式改(gai)革(ge);收到(dao)明顯成效,擁有(you)市級教改(gai)項(xiang)目一門(men)(men),校級教改(gai)項(xiang)目十余項(xiang)。部門(men)(men)積極(ji)響應學(xue)校新的人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)模(mo)式改(gai)革(ge)舉措(cuo),已培養(yang)了101名(ming)社會體(ti)(ti)育輔修專業(ye)學(xue)生,并面向2012級學(xue)生繼續招收拓展(zhan)專業(ye)學(xue)生。

同(tong)時(shi),學校實(shi)施(shi)的(de)學生(sheng)強身健體(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工程,全面開展(zhan)(zhan)了對職業教(jiao)育(yu)中學校體(ti)育(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)研究與建設(she)(she),其中“社會體(ti)育(yu)”在學校 “三(san)育(yu)人”的(de)人才(cai)培養(yang)模式改革(ge)中,已成(cheng)為(wei)面向全校學生(sheng)開設(she)(she)的(de)拓展(zhan)(zhan)專業。學校將逐漸發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)為(wei)集(ji)科研、教(jiao)學、服務為(wei)一(yi)體(ti)的(de)體(ti)育(yu)文化研究基地。部門還積極參加(jia)國內外的(de)學術(shu)交流活動,研究成(cheng)果(guo)在學術(shu)界也產生(sheng)了一(yi)定的(de)影響。部門師資力量雄厚,年齡結構(gou)、學歷與職稱結構(gou)合理,具有從(cong)事研究的(de)師資和設(she)(she)施(shi)條件,并制(zhi)定了三(san)年的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)規劃。
